With Sound Healing, you can deeply quiet your mind, body and spirit. Let the sound waves come over your body and physically relax you.
Round up some friends and/or family and go deep with meditation together.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, bolsters— anything that’ll make you comfortable while you lie down on the ground for about an hour. It’s like a spiritual slumber party! Everyone just gets comfy and lays back, allowing the healing vibrations of the bowls to wash over them. Limiting group sizes to 6.

Reiki Review with Karen Foote
After learning Reiki, we may have some questions or there may be experiences we want feedback and validation on. I created this workshop to make a safe space for such conversation and experience.
We will spend the beginning of our time together to review our Reiki teachings, answer any questions and share in our experiences since becoming Reiki certified. The second part of the day we will have the opportunity to get some table time and exchange with the other Reiki practitioners in attendance
