1:1 Distance Healing with Karen Foote
We do not need to be physically present for healing work to be carried out, as time and space don’t really “matter” when tuning into Energy & Spirit!
I definitely believe that nothing compares to physical touch…this is not the same as laying on my table. However, Reiki healing works no matter where we are. It’s all intention and this work is still powerful, it’s just a little bit different.
4 Ways to Get Distance Healing with Me
Karen will send you an email summary of your personal chakra reading and clearing within 72 hours of your purchase. She will explain any energies that she encounters and will also share with you an animal totem and suggested crystals for some deeper healing guidance.
You will schedule a designated time for us both to coordinate the one hour healing session. You relax for 30 mins while Karen tunes in, send healing and get messages- followed up with a phonecall afterward to fill you in with all her insights (allow a half hour for this call). This session includes chakra report, animal totem and angel card reading.
At the scheduled time, (typically the first Monday of the month at 9:30am EST) Karen will tune in and send healing to all signed up. (No zoom call, not a live interaction)
A summary of what is noticed / felt / shifted will be emailed out afterward
This session is an add on to the general group monthly healing, it includes a card pull, a recommended crystal and an animal totem along with a description of their meanings.
One hour Distance Healing Session Explained
With distance healing, all that is required is an agreement between you and me to work on you.
We need an hour of time from start to finish.
We will set aside a designated time for us both to coordinate the healing session (although if we can’t coordinate that, I am still able to connect in and send with your permission). I spend the first half hour tuning into you, and you lay quietly— resting however you can; being open and receptive, however that looks for you.

As I get quiet and get into a meditative space, I am able to merge with your energy, looking at you as if you are a hologram right in front of me.
First thing I do is grab two crystals that seem to call out and resonate with your energy, then I go through and scan your body from top to bottom, front and back, smoothing out any frayed and disorganized bits. I will then look at each of the chakras individually and write down what I see/feel/hear. Then I will go back over, open myself up to hear any other messages for you. I will write down my whole summary, ask for your animal totem, then pull 4 cards from 2 separate oracle decks.
At the half hour mark, I text you my notes and follow up with a phonecall to go over my findings, which usually lasts about a 1/2 hour. It can be a very insightful, eye opening and relaxing experience. I look forward to connecting with you in this way!
